Please give us a way to make the chatbix order have a color so it stands out. Right now it is light grey and the actual question box is so small at the bottom people don't see it.

I don’t see any differences or other settings. Is this in the Basic plan?

I fully agree that with ChatGPTs taking more eyeballs and traffic distribution, we should provide more value on our websites and listen to our users. We do not see ChatGPT conversations, but we can browse and learn from Quickchat AI conversations on our websites.

I’m not sure that helped… it just makes the quickchat.ai branding stand out more :) I’m not sure why the designers made everything light grey - it’s hard to read (bad for accessibility too) and blends too much into the page. I wish we could change the border color, button color, text color, etc. I DO appreciate you letting me know about the size change. I should have thought about looking at the code!

Overall I’m really pleased with how the chatbot is answering my users questions and pointing them to sales page, resources, etc. With AI eating away my SEO, I’m trying to add some things to my pages to increase user satisfaction and time on page. The chatbot is really helping, but want more people to use it! Hence why I’m asking for color options so it can match my branding and stand out more on the page. Again, this is for the iframe embed only.

Thanks again for you feedback! We’ve improved the look of the “Write a question” message input - let me know what you think. You cannot customize it in the app yet, but we will update it later. We’re also making a bigger improvement of the whole widget - I hope you’ll like it ;)

Regarding the size of the iFrame, when you go to Your Website → Install → iFrame, you will find a code snippet that starts with: <div id="quickchat-embedded" style="height:600px;overflow: hidden;"></div>. If you want to change the size of the iFrame, simply edit the style parameter.

Yes, exactly! Also the border color of the whole chatbox. They are light grey and easy to miss. Would be great if I could change the border of both the “Write a question area” and the whole chat box to match my site. I tried with CSS but couldn’t figure it out. ALSO, would like to make the chat box a bit shorter. I embed the iframe on my pages which works great, but it’s super large and the grey makes it look like a big box of white space. Just trying to make the chat box a bit smaller and stand out more. Thanks!

P.S. to clarify, this is in regards to the iframe. The popup chatbox is fine.
